Returns
Thank you for choosing our products! However, if you need to return something, we are happy to help you. Below you will find all the information about the return process.
Return conditions

Return rights: Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Return method: We currently accept returns only via Packeta. You will use your Packeta Return Shipment code to return the goods.
Packeta Return Procedure
If you need to return the goods, please follow the following procedure to make the process quick and easy.
1. Check the return conditions
First, make sure that your goods meet the conditions for return:
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
- It is in the original packaging, with all original labels and accessories.
- Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.
2. Prepare the package
Pack the goods in strong and secure packaging to prevent damage during transport. Make sure that the contents of the package are complete and nothing is missing.
- If possible, use the original packaging.
- Enclose proof of purchase or a printed order so that we can identify your return request.
3. Visit the nearest Packeta delivery point
- Find the nearest Packeta delivery point via the Packeta.sk website or using the Packeta mobile application.
- Pick up the package and take it to the selected Packeta delivery point.
4. Use the Packeta Return Shipment code
When dropping off your package at a Packeta drop-off location, tell the employee that you want to use the Packeta Return Shipment code that we provide for returning the goods.

5. Wait for the return to be processed
- After the package is handed over, the goods will be sent back to us.
- After receiving and checking the goods, we will inform you by email about the status of your return request.
- If the return meets all the conditions, we will refund your payment to the account from which you originally paid within 14 days of processing the return.
Important notice: We accept goods exclusively via Packet. If you send us the return in another way (for example, by post), we cannot accept these goods. Returns via another service will be considered invalid.
