How to return goods in the Brocan e-shop?

In the Brocan e-shop, you as a customer have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Procedure for withdrawing from the contract:

Print out and fill out the formular na odstupenie od přednéj kontrolu, which can be found at the previous link. Or fill out the electronic form below.
Send the goods in their original packaging and unused back to the Brocan address:

Enclose a copy of the invoice and a completed form for withdrawal from the purchase contract with the goods. (
Send the goods back to us within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.
After receiving the goods and checking their condition, we will refund you within 14 days in the same way you paid for the goods.
Refund:

We will refund the money for the returned goods to your bank account within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.

Important:

*The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
*In the event that the goods are not returned in the original packaging and unused, Brocan reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount by the cost of damage or wear and tear of the goods.
